Description
Recently celebrating success with radio single, “Home to Me,” Sarah Darling is on the brink of country music stardom. Called “a sophisticated songwriter with a crisp, powerful voice” by The New York Times, Darling pairs her uncanny knack for songwriting with her passion for performing on stage.
Sarah will release "Have A Merry Little Christmas Darling" on November 19th. Renowned instrumentalist, producer and long time Musical Director at the Grand Ole Opry, CMA Music Awards, and CMA Christmas, Emmy Nominee Steve Gibson is producing the project. Darling is recording her favorite classic Christmas songs. "I can't wait for fans to hear these tracks," she says. "They are a celebration of my favorite time of the year." Her current EP, Home to Me, is now available on iTunes and in stores nationwide, and comes after her 2011 critically acclaimed music video for “Something to Do with Your Hands” hit the No. 1 spot on CMT.com, garnering over 1.2 million views.

Darling has also earned national media recognition for her music, performing on CONAN, FOX & Friends, CNN, ABC's The Bachelor, GAC, CMT, AXS-TV and more. The single, “LITTLE UMBRELLAS," generated momentum for Darling this summer and is still available on iTunes, Amazon and other select digital retailers. Fans can catch her out on the road performing fairs and festivals this summer, as well as on the historic Grand Ole Opry stage where she has been honored to perform over 47 times.

Franklin Theatre guests have the chance to see her LIVE this December in a special holiday show featuring songs from her Christmas E.P. as well as her hits "Home To Me" and more. Guest performances from Sarah's friends including Mathew Perryman Jones and Jenn Bostic, along with others to be announced will make this a Holiday concert not to be missed!
