School of Rock is the original performance-based, interactive music school founded in 1998 in Philadelphia. With over 300 schools, and a strong internationally recognized brand, School of Rock is the largest after-school music education provider. Our mission is to help kids rock their worlds.

School of Rock Franklin will be performing a Tribute to Vans Warped Tour and music from The Who.

Our Warped Tour Tribute band will perform a variety of many bands who frequented the festival. The Vans Warped Tour was a popular traveling rock tour that toured the United States (including three or four stops in Canada) annually each summer from its initial start in 1995 up until 2018. The skate shoes brand Vans was the main sponsor of the tour that started as an alternative rock festival and later became primarily punk with added diverse genres. This will be a high energy and fun show great for all ages!

The Who band will be performing popular songs from The Who, one of Britain's most influential rock bands. Their contributions to rock music include the development of the Marshall Stack, large PA systems, the use of the synthesizer, Entwistle and Moon's influential playing styles, Townshend's feedback and power chord guitar technique, and the development of the rock opera. They are cited as an influence by many hard rock, punk rock and mod bands, and their songs are still regularly played throughout the world. Come rock out and sing along to your favorite Who songs!
