PUPPY SONGS IN CONCERT!

Viral social media sensation, Puppy Songs, comes to the Franklin Theatre!

 

The Franklin Theatre presents the music of Puppy Songs' creator, Matt Hobbs, in concert, in conjunction with the Williamson County Animal Center.

 

Fans will recognize viral hits like "Cheese Tax" (over 1 million streams on Spotify) "Big Stretch," "Stuck On My Teefs," and other wholesome songs celebrating life with dogs.

 

This matinee concert features live performances by Matt Hobbs, with a special presentation of adoptable animals onstage from Williamson County Animal Center during the show. Adoptable dogs will also be available after the performance to meet-and-greet audience members outside of the venue, thanks to the WCAC.

 

Bring the entire family out for this matinee performance of feel-good, family-friendly entertainment at the Franklin Theatre!

ABOUT MATT HOBBS

Born and raised in New Orleans, Matt Hobbs is a songwriter and producer who loves creating songs that tell interesting stories and connect with people.  Matt lives in Atlanta, GA, with his wife and their two dogs, Leni and Marley (AKA Mar Pup) who inspire a seemingly endless supply of song ideas.  

 

Outside of Puppy Songs, Matt writes and produces original songs for himself and other artists - and creates songs for advertising, TV, film, and live events.  Matt is also a long-time music director and accompanist at Dad’s Garage Theatre in Atlanta.

 

Matt was named “Reader’s Pick - Best Songwriter” by Creative Loafing ATL in 2019.

WCAC makes things better for animals in Williamson County, Tennessee through adoption, education, enforcement and pet population control.  WCAC believes that the best way to make things better for animals is to engage people by partnering with community members to find a good home for every adoptable pet, slow pet population growth, end animal neglect and abuse and be a positive resource for the community.
