Take Rob Ickes, the most decorated musician in IBMA (International Bluegrass Music Association) Awards history with 15 Dobro Player of the Year wins and a former founding member of bluegrass "supergroup" Blue Highway, and 2023 IBMA Guitar Player of the Year Trey Hensley, a Tennessee-born guitar prodigy identified as “Nashville's hottest young player” by Acoustic Guitar magazine and you have Rob Ickes & Trey Hensley, a powerhouse GRAMMY®-nominated acoustic duo that has electrified the acoustic music scene.

Known for their white-hot picking (as Acoustic Guitar puts it:  "steel-string bluegrass with all the intensity of rock 'n' roll") and world class musicianship that landed them an invite to Eric Clapton's Crossroads Guitar Festival in 2023, Ickes & Hensley have collaborated with Vince Gill, Taj Mahal, Marty Stuart, Steve Wariner, Tommy Emmanuel (including touring and the release of an EP together), Little Feat, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Rodney Crowell, David Grisman, Jorma Kaukonen, and Hot Tuna, among many others.  Their latest critically acclaimed album, Living In A Song, is available now, and you can also hear the talented duo's collaboration with Molly Tuttle on the new A Tribute To The Judds album (alongside Dolly Parton, Reba McEntire, Gwen Stefani & Blake Shelton and others) and as members of the Taj Mahal Sextet on the new live album, Swingin' Live at the Church in Tulsa (released March 8, 2024).
