Makky Kaylor is the State Designated “Tennessee Troubadour” and Composer of the 14th Offi cial State Song called “Tennessee, In My Dreams.” He has also received several regional designations, including "Swanky South Day" (2020) and "Makky Kaylor Day" (2024) from the governments of Columbia, Tennessee, and Maury County. Prior to receiving these accolades, Makky began his lifelong music career in Memphis as a songwriter, entertainer and session singer. He brought his smooth, soulful music to Nashville where he became a staff songwriter on Music Row for various music publishing companies and has written numerous songs by multiple artists. Kaylor also became an A-list demo singer for many Hall of Fame songwriters, including Harlan Howard, Randy Goodrum, Bob Morrison, and Jim Weatherly. He is the author of "Confessions of a Session Singer," published by Hal Leonard Publishing/Backbeat Books in 2007. Kaylor's signature vocals have been heard prominently on many commercial jingles including The Grand Ole Opry and Blue Diamond Almonds. His Christmas song, "They Saw A King," was co-written and recorded with Grammy winner Larry Gatlin and The Gatlin Brothers. Kaylor has performed at grand venues such as The Ryman Auditorium, Riverbend Centre in Austin and the Tennessee Theatre. His television appearances encompass a variety of shows on The Family Channel, RFD-TV, Hulu/CBS, and The Hallmark Channel.
Brenda Lynn (“Brynn”) is an incredibly gifted songstress and 2024/25 nominee for Radio Personality of The Year by Nashville’s Reunion Of Professional Entertainers. She has been performing on stage for most of her life opening for artists such as Leona Williams, Sylvia, Buddy Jewell, Doug Stone, David Frizzell, Grand Ole Opry member Rhonda Vincent, The Bellamy Brothers and many more. She has made multiple appearances on WSM’s legendary Ernest Tubb Midnight Jamboree and is also featured regularly on radio shows throughout Middle Tennessee. Brynn has made appearances on local Nashville TV shows and RFD-TV’s “The Penny Gilley Show.” She has been featured in numerous international publications such as Billboard and Making Music Magazine. In 2022 Makky and Brynn started the popular multi-platform weekly broadcast "Swanky Southern Nights" showcasing their trademarked "The Swanky South™? " music brand, featuring an original blend of “Nashville Sound” era infl uences with a splash of traditional jazz and soul music. Each episode also features iconic special guests from music, classic television and fi lm. Their stage show “Swanky Southern Nights LIVE” is of what has been called “an entertaining cross between The Tonight Show, Crook & Chase and Austin City Limits” complete with performances and interview with a Special Guest from music and/or classic television enhanced by their 6-piece band, The Swanky South Players consisting of some of Nashville’s fi nest award-winning musicians.
Donny Most, best known as “Ralph Malph, in the long-running hit television show, Happy Days, bring the songs of Sinatra, Darin, Martin, and more to life through his engaging interpretations and creative arrangements. The swing era and 50's cool are fused together in one very unique show, delivered with either his 8 piece or 17 piece big band. In addition to acting and directing, Don has returned to his first love - singing. Don has always loved the standards/swing/big band style of music, and has mounted his show: Donny Most - Mostly Swinging. Donny has performed at such notable venues as “54 Below”, “The Cutting Room”, and "The Iridium Jazz Club", in NYC, as well as “Catalina’s Jazz Club” in Hollywood, CA to great acclaim. He has also performed at major events
such as The Kentucky Derby and The Sundance Film Festival.
