Description

Join us for the Refuge Center for Counseling’s fourth annual conference, Radical Loving Care: How self-care helps you care best for others.

The conference will feature renowned speaker, author and leader in the loving care movement, Erie Chapman, speaking on the topic of compassionate self-care for caregivers and its powerful impact in the lives of others. Erie has a remarkable background as a trial attorney, judge, national television host, and acclaimed healthcare leader.

Whether you are a personal or professional caregiver, this conference is for you. Caregivers of all kinds—from parents and spouses to therapists and other health care professionals—are notoriously bad at taking care of themselves. Oftentimes, we’re so caught up with caring for others, we may feel we do not "deserve" much time for ourselves.

The truth is that burned out caregivers cannot provide good care to anyone.

Learn how you can reclaim your life and refresh your energy so that you can offer your best self to yourself and others.
