Directed and founded in 1999 by trumpet player Cindy Shea, Mariachi Divas is an all-female ensemble that continues expand the scope of mariachi music. A two-time GRAMMY Award winner, with eight GRAMMY nominations and three Latin GRAMMY nominations, Mariachi Divas is a multicultural ensemble imbued with the unique musical flavor of Los Angeles. Celebrating twenty years, their discography includes 15 albums released through Shea Records and East Side Records.
