Joey & Rory -- the married duo consisting of Rory Lee Feek and Joey Martin Feek -- came into the country music limelight as finalists on CMT's Can You Duet. In addition to singing, Joey runs a restaurant with her sister-in-law outside Nashville called Marcy Jo's Mealhouse. Rory is an established songwriter with cuts including Blake Shelton's "Some Beach," Clay Walker's "The Chain of Love" and Collin Raye's "Someone You Used to Know." After placing third on the show, the two were signed to Vanguard/Sugar Hill records. They released The Life of a Song in 2008.
Joey + Rory have generously donated their time and talent to help raise money for the nonprofit recreational therapeautic riding program, Saddle Up!. Saddle Up!'s mission is to provide children and youth with disabilities the opporunity to grow and develop through recreational activities with horses. They bring that mission to live by providing a year-round program on a 34-acre farm near Franklin, TN.
